. There is a $150.00 minimum order requirement.
.COD shipments are not available.

10. What is Needi Scrubs return policy?
.No item (s) after 7 days are accepted back.
. Items returned in original packaging , unused will only be accepted back with in 10 days of receipt.
. No item (s) will be accepted back with out return authorization number. Please be sure to call customer service at 1-877 751 4357 for returns.
. Unless a product is defective or there is an error in shipping we will pay the shipping charges to & from the customer. For non defective products customer is responsible for shipping charges.
.Please refer to your Invoice # or customer account # when phoning in your request for returning merchandise.

11. Is there a damaged goods policy?
.Yes, if you receive a package that you believe is damaged we ask that you call UPS delivery service for an inspection of the damaged parcel..Please save all boxes and packaging materials to prove that the goods were packed properly. . All damage claims must be reported to UPS within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. . If you receive a shipment via truck, you must also follow the same procedure by calling the truck line that delivered the merchandise for an inspection within 10 days.

12. What are the shipping terms?
. Our standard shipping terms are FOB (FREIGHT OVER BOARD) CATHEDRAL CITY, CALIFORNIA. Exceptions for volume orders apply. Most items can be shipped from stock with in two days after receipt of your order. . Where ever possible we ship via UPS or USPS. For emergency orders , we will gladly ship your orders via UPS Air for guaranteed delivery within one or two working business days. Please call by 1.00 pm EST for rush order.

13. How Do I know that you have received my online order ?
For every order that is placed on our site (Neediscrubs.com) an order confirmation is sent to our staff notifying them that an order has been placed.

14. How Do I know when my online order will ship?
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to instantly track your order. Please note all USPS surface (parcel post) orders are non trackable.

15. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are instantly transmitted to our warehouse for shipment and therefore difficult to intercept. Customized orders cannot be cancelled after deposit has been received from the customer. In case of cancellation NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

16. What is your back order policy?
If an out of stock item is back ordered. The item will ship immediatley upon receipt from our supplier. In case the item back ordered for over 30 days you will receive a notification that it has been canceled.
